UETTDRRF06B Low Voltage Rescue and CPR

This training course is based on the Units of Competency UETTDRRF06B: Perform rescue from a live LV panel and HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

This course describes the skills and knowledge required to perform rescue from a live LV panel and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Electrical Safety Regulations and Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.

This nationally accredited training consists of both theory and practical sessions

​Participants must have a sound knowledge of the English language.

Duration

1/2 Day (8.00am sharp to 12.00pm or 12:00pm to 4:00pm)

Hazard and risk identification and control
Electricity isolation
Tools and emergency equipment familiarisation and use
Procedures and response for rescue from a LV panel
Respond to an emergency situation
Perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
Communicate details of an incident
